The Octorara Intermediate School Band will perform.  Come and join us for cookies and hot cocoa and a special visit from Santa Claus, the lighting of the Christmas tree and singing of Silent Night.

Library Book & Bake Sale and Community Yard Sale

The Atglen Public Library will host its 22nd Annual Spring Book and Bake Sale on Saturday, May 9th from 8 am to 2 pm, at the Atglen Community Park, 406 Main Street in Atglen. The sale will feature hardback and paperback books, CDs and movies for adults and children. Delicious baked goods also will be available for purchase. All the proceeds will help fund the many wonderful programs, services and resources the library provides to the community all year long.

Additionally Atglen Public Library also will host a Community Wide Yard Sale on this day. People who wish to have a yard sale on this date are asked to donate $10 to the library. The library will promote the registered yard sales by providing a printed a map of their locations for distribution in the community. This is a great opportunity to add to the success of your own yard sale.
